Note: The intercom at the front door to the building gets linked to your phone number. You will be assigned a unique intercom code. When someone dials that code on the intercom, it will connect you to them on your phone, where you can talk amnd let the person into the building (or not). You can even let yourself in if you forgot your keys!
Storage Locker Request

There are 2 locker sizes available; small and large. Their dimensions are XXX by YYY [small] and XXX by YYY [large]. Their monthly cost is $15/$30 [small/large], billed to your account on file.
Note: Lockers are a rare commodity and as such rarely become available.
Good Things To Know
- You can pre-pay your maintenance/locker fees in advance – useful if you are going away for longer than a billing cycle and don’t want to worry about a late payment.
- All shareholders are entitled to apply for STAR credit abatement; this is something you can apply once when you buy your apartment (or after the fact if you didn’t apply at that time). Visit the nyc.gov website for more details.
